很复杂，简单来讲，06年--07年是良性发展上升时期，期间节目很精彩，并发掘出最有特色的九妞妞。
07--08年很多外形实力兼备的MM加入（如米奇，ALBEE，点点，蚊子，糖果等），与九妞妞相互辉映，是最辉煌的时期，创下了CHANNEL V台节目收视历史新高，并入围金马奖。
08年4月--08年10月，八妞妞进军内地宣传，起初节目精彩度略降，但其他MM表现越来越精彩，仍然有很高收视率。
08年10月，八妞妞作为少女团体实力显单薄，内地宣传结束后未完成转型，回归后只好继续通告生活，这时黑涩会人员冗余，10月22日 为了给八妞妞腾位置，发生“美眉大规模被换事件”（百科里有详情），这被证明是最大的败笔，从此节目质量开始直线下滑。
08年10月-09年10月，缺乏创意与活力的节目逐渐失去关注，最终于10月1日播出最后一集后结束，。
09年-11年，黑涩会与棒棒堂合并，但也只是苟延残喘，节目早已变味，不予置评。
